Workout Class

Today is Saturday and I just went to a fitness class at my Taekwondo studio. We had an assessment test and I did 25 push ups, 25 sit ups, 25 squats, and 25 burpees in 8:21. I had a partner and she did her's in 6:01. Well that's all for now! :)

Hello my peeps! Ummmm......I am here with my friend Jesika, and we are having alot of fun. We just got Manis and Pedis and we look FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh ya and we caught some backswimmers in Jesika's pool and they are sooooooo cute! Well, that's all folks!!!!! BYE :-)

Toontown!!!!!

I love to play toontown. It is and awesome game where you get to run around as a toon! You can make your toon, dress it, name it, and even make friends! It is soooooo much fun. I play it all the time. It is what I do in most of my spare time. My best friends play it, too! Well, that is all for now. BYE!!!!! :-)

Hello! I have a cool story to tell you. My mom, did a CrossFit workout today. The workout was Fran. If you don't know what Fran is, it's 3 rounds, 21 15 9 reps of Thrusters and pull-ups. She did 21 thrusters 21 pull-ups then 15 thrusters 15 pull-ups then 9 thrusters and 9 pull-ups 3 times!!!!!! I was amazed that she finished that! That is some hard stuff right there. Well, this is the part where I sign off!!!!! Bye! :)

CrossFitKids

Hello!!!! Today, I did CrossFitKids. The workout I did was 3 rounds of, run 100 meters and 5 handstand push ups. I did the handstand push ups with a support bench. My time was 5 minutes and 20 seconds. :-)
